The Scoop for Sep. 7, 2018

You knew it would only be a matter of time before President Trump commented on that essay in the New York Times that was less than flattering. But, he had a bit of trouble saying the word “anonymous”. But I get it. I get slurry too when I’m not happy.

Jim Carrey has recently turned to painting as his creative outlet. But he’s always drawn. Back in sixth grade he would draw pictures of his teacher. But in those pics, he drew her being attacked and all sorts of terrible things. So she took them. But she kept them. Because when Jim got famous, she sent them back. Weird right?

Paul McCartney has a new album out called “Egypt Station”. You could call it a concept album that has a story to tell. And Paul says he did this for one reason. So you can listen to it all the way through from start to finish. Remember when you could do that with an album? Listen to the whole thing at one time? I know. Crazy talk.

Bonus Scoopage:
Jamie Lee Curtis is sharing her secret for feeling good about herself as an older woman: Don’t look in the mirror. She says, quote, “I’m not going to look the same as I used to, and I don’t want to be confronted by that.” That actually makes sense to me.
