The Scoop for Sept. 12, 2018

Yesterday President Trump talked about bracing for the impact of Hurricane Florence. He said it is, quote, “…tremendously big and tremendously wet.”
I mean, he’s not wrong. Plus, I think he’s been listening to way I do weather. (Because I say “wet and thunder wet” for rain and thunderstorms. Pretty sure he stole my bit.)

So Alex Trebek is back on Jeopardy this week and he’s sporting a beard. Which is odd, but what’s even odder is the potential future of his beard. They’re letting the interenet decide if he should keep it or not. I say let him keep it, as long as he names his beard “Beardy McBeard Face.” Because internet.

Matthew McConaughey gave us some insight about what it’s like to be friends with Woody Harrelson. Matthewe says, no matter what you’re plans are for the evening, if your with Woody you had better, quote, “bring a swim suit.”
I’d like to say that surprises me, but no… not really.
